Born in 2006, Black Juju Inc, children of Alice Cooper and Alice in Chains, dispenses a simple and effective cold wave metal, with a doom spirit, which serves primarily texts, largely inspired by encounters with the Navajo Indians: about life, his wounds, the road, internal or distant journeys. Musically, the ensemble is varied with different tempos and dirty, heavy sounds, which make the tracks written by the collective “Juju men” darker: a tribal drummer, a bass groove, a rhythmic with “trash old school” accents, a soloist with glaucous chords and a voice in osmosis with the music and its atmosphere.
